LAND ARTS

​Sometimes I go out into the landscape and create something circular from whatever is at hand.  

 

There are rules: 

​

Be gentle.  This is a process of rearrangement, not destruction.

 

Use only what is on the surface of the earth and is easy moveable.  Do not break a branch from a tree.  Do not dig deep for hidden rocks.  Do not pull plants out of the earth.  

 

Do not obstruct the paths or resting places of living creatures.

Photograph the work and then leave it to decompose.
